TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1 The ‘Company’ means us, Paperlate Ltd t/a Pebble Promotions.

2 The ‘Order’ means the Purchase Order made by you, the customer, based on these conditions in accordance with the written quotation supplied by us to you.

3 The ‘Contract’ means the agreement made between you the Customer in the form of a Purchase Order and us, in the form of an Order Acknowledgement, based upon the quotation supplied.

YOUR ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT MUST BE CHECKED FOR DISCREPANCIES AS SOON AS YOU RECEIVE IT AND YOU MUST ALERT US TO ANY PROBLEMS ASAP.

WE CANNOT ALTER THE ORDER ONCE IT IS BEING PROCESSED.

Cancelation of an order will incur a £25.00 cancelation fee + any material costs if applicable.

4 ‘Samples’ means goods supplied by the Company to the Customer for approval. All samples will be charged for along with the cost of carriage and are non-returnable without exception. these changed have had to be made due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

A These terms and conditions prevail over any that maybe referred to by other parties and this and any future Contract made between us, the Company and you, the Customer, will therefore be subject to these terms and conditions

B The price quoted excludes VAT and Carriage unless otherwise stated.

C The terms of payment are 30 days from date of invoice. Just as you expect us to deliver on time, we expect you to pay on time. (If there are exceptional circumstances, when you need to vary the agreed payment terms, then please talk to us at an early stage and not when we start to chase payment. If your payment terms are longer than 30 days please call so we can discuss a mutually agreeable period for settlement. First orders will be on a pro-forma basis without exception and credit references will be checked prior to an account being opened.

Property in the goods will only pass to you once the goods have been paid for. Until then, they remain our property at all times and we reserve the right to have them re-delivered to us at your expense should you not comply with our payment provisions.

If we chase payment and get no response or promises are not kept, then legal action is always taken, which will incur extra costs to your Company.

D We ask all new customers to complete a credit application form. We usually require your first invoice to be paid on a pro-forma basis. The onus is on you to provide the information we need to give you credit.

E We reserve the right to deliver + or - 10% on order quantities under 1000 units and + or - 5% on quantities over 1000 units. This is especially the case on items such as Mugs. Any ‘overs’ and ‘unders’ will be charged on a pro-rata basis and VAT and delivery charges likewise.

F We will always try and supply the goods quoted for. However we do reserve the right to

change any specifications at the behest of our suppliers.

G In the case where goods are ordered from us sight unseen, it is your responsibility to determine the suitability of the goods BEFORE you place the order. No claim except for defective workmanship, defective materials, etc, will be entertained. Your statutory rights are not affected.

H In the case of defective workmanship, defective materials, goods damaged on receipt or where the number of goods delivered are claimed to be less than the number ordered, then you must notify us IN WRITING WITHIN 4 WORKING DAYS (an e-mail is acceptable). We reserve the right to visit your premises in order to investigate the complaint and if we then consider the complaint to be reasonable, we will make a refund or take other action as appropriate to sort out the problem.

I Finally, we reserve the right to alter specifications, change materials and alter prices when it becomes necessary to do so, without notice.
